Meet Randy Hess

I'm Randy Hess, owner of Hess Land Development and a family man from Palmyra, NY. I've been doing excavation, sitework, septic and drainage work for about 15 years, and I recently decided to go all in and run the business full-time.

I built this business on a simple idea: show up when I say I will, do honest work, treat your property like it's my own, and give you a straight answer. Whether you're a homeowner with a drainage headache, a builder who needs dependable sitework, or a lake house owner with a project — I'd be glad to take a look.
